IT Support Helpdesk (Tiers 1-2)
Location: Falls Church, VA
Extreme Data Technologies (XDT) is seeking a highly technical and extremely motivated individual to join an ever changing support environment. As an IT Support Helpdesk Representative, the candidate will field requests for all software and hardware related issues raised by employees. This position leverages IT expertise to diagnose and solve routine and moderate level technical problems, and to execute the full scope of troubleshooting assignments that involve multiple technology systems. The candidate will assist with various technical issues and requests as well as use administrative tools to manage and maintain network access and stability. The candidate must have familiarity with Army Networks and have secret clearance. The ideal candidate will be diligent in root cause identification and remediation. As a team member, the candidate will contribute towards process improvement, creating new methods, policies and processes, allowing XDT to surpass business goals.

Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a high volume technical support environment
- Secret Clearance
- Security+ and at least 1 other MS certification
- Extraordinary customer service and advanced communication skills
- Ability to be a flexible and resourceful team player and to learn in a fast paced environment
- Requires in depth knowledge of computer hardware/peripheral devices (including printers and scanners), Active Directory, Exchange, standard operating systems (Windows XP/Win7/8) and Microsoft Office applications
